"The trip was first class, all the way! Our eats at the EPL game and restaurant package were exceptional. The H10 Waterloo was a beautiful hotel, great accommodations and an extensive five star breakfast. Location was convenient to the Underground station and bus transportation. It was a short walking distance to the Theatre district where the agency booked us tickets for The Mousetrap. The play was very entertaining and the seats were great !! All of the tours arranged through Bellarome were exceptional. During our stay we had easy emergency access to the agency via phone or email and got prompt responses to our requests. I will definitely use this agency again! Ludavica was an amazing agent and she found a way for us to see everything we ask for! Thank you for such an enjoyable excursion!"

My wife and I had an amazing time! Best trip we have taken together by far. Everything was well planned and coordinated with no issues which allowed us to really relax and enjoy the trip. All of the tour guides were fantastic! Will do again next year!!!

excellent experience. the tours set up by Tournove met our expectations and the Help line was great when we had any issues. If I had any quibble It would be the lodging. Since I had never been to London. I did not realize the rooms would be so small and not suited to 3 in a room. The Hotel, however, was able to find us a second room which made all the difference. The Futball tickets arrived as promised and we had a great time

Great experience!! Plan met our (ages 11 to 75) expectations for spring break trek to London from U.S.: London tour, Harry Potter, EPL stadium tour, Championship League and EPL matches, plus sufficient free time for exploring. Help Desk organized and attentive. Kudos to all!
